Golf apparel brand JDX (Shinhan Korea Co., Ltd.) and Jeil Jersey Co., Ltd. have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in July for mutual cooperation and joint development through fabric development.

Jeil Jersey Co., Ltd., established in 1998, specializes in the development and production of knit and woven fabrics. Importing materials from Italy, the company distributes them domestically and engages in material export businesses to the United States, Hong Kong, Europe, and other regions. It has been at the forefront of eco-friendly product development, recently pioneering washable linen and antibacterial paper materials.

Through this MOU, both parties aim to: ▲ Develop new products through the development of innovative materials.

▲Produce high-quality products using excellent functional materials. ▲Collaborate on marketing strategies and provide advice.

▲Share trends and information to positively engage with consumers and increase market share in the golf apparel market.

"Despite the economic downturn, we have signed a business partnership agreement to ensure that customers can easily wear high-quality clothing," said JDX CEO Hancheol Kim, adding, "Through strategic collaboration and substantive partnerships, we will work together to develop domestically produced fiber materials and accelerate the development of high-quality products."

Following a reorganization aimed at adapting to market trends from product planning to marketing and opening new stores, JDX appointed Byungchan Choi as the head of the business division, overseeing operations, effective June 17th.

Additionally, the company has recruited Inna Yoo as the new model for women's golf wear, while continuing its contract with Seungwon Cha as the model for men's golf wear. With the synergy expected from the MOU with Jeil Jersey and the collaboration between the two models, stakeholders anticipate exciting JDX products for the upcoming year 2020.
